Is the website design really free?
The $5/month starter plan includes the design of one informational page for an eligible small business. Introduce your business, explain your services and give customers a way to contact you. We confirm the scope before work starts.
What does hosting include?
Hosting for your starter website is included in the $5 USD monthly price. Domain registration and renewal are separate. Sending an inquiry does not start a subscription or charge.
How do revisions and updates work?
The initial design includes two revision rounds. After launch, one small update to existing text or images is included each month. Additional revisions, new sections, new pages and redesigns are quoted separately before we begin.
Can I use my own domain?
Use a domain you own, or register one separately. Domain purchase and renewal fees are not included unless your written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
What if I need more than a starter site?
Online stores, booking integrations, custom applications, content writing and larger projects need a separate scope. Paid third-party services and business cards are additional costs, confirmed in advance.
Can I cancel or take my site with me?
Cancel by contacting hello.starbuild@gmail.com; cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Hosting ends after your current paid period. Before work starts, we agree in writing on any handover or export arrangements and costs, so you know what you can take with you.
