Privacy at Starbuild
What we collect
Project inquiries include the business name, reply email and message you submit. Card orders include contact details, delivery address, selected products, uploaded artwork, payment references, proof decisions, order progress and shipment tracking details. Please do not upload sensitive documents or information that is not needed for your project.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, prepare designs, process orders, arrange delivery, verify payments, record proof approval and provide support. Submission alone does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Where information is processed
Starbuild uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, database storage and private file storage. Stripe handles payment details; Starbuild does not collect or store your full card number. If you buy printed cards, artwork and necessary delivery details are shared with the chosen printer and shipping provider to fulfil the order. Resend delivers transactional order and proof emails. Starbuild may also reply through hello.starbuild@gmail.com.
Analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow optional analytics. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal. Your preference is saved in local storage. Private links protect your order status and artwork proofs. Access information is stored for your browser session. Emailed order-status links can also be opened on another device. Anyone you share a private link with can access its order status or proof. Short-lived browser memory is used to preview artwork. These functional features do not require analytics.
Security and retention
Artwork is held in private storage and owner access is restricted. Private order and proof links should not be shared publicly. We retain information as needed to handle your inquiry or order, support, disputes and required records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will explain any information that must be retained. Daily hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive submissions. Do not submit passwords or payment details in message fields.
